“[Adam] has just been a dream.”
Ed Begley, Jr (Arrested Development, Best in Show, Pineapple Express)
“Adam Orton, although first and foremost a director, has an unusually wide range of skills – and excels at all of them. For Adam, storytelling is key, and he does it exceptionally well, no matter which discipline he does it with.”
Michael Levine, composer (Cold Case, Siren, Star Wars: Detours)
Adam is a filmmaker and editor currently doing more than what normal working hours allow. He is a film school graduate from Columbia College – a top 25 film school, according to Hollywood Reporter – and with experience working at famed comedy institution The Second City, directing a feature film with a star studded cast, or co-producing Austin Film Festival’s 2019 Best Narrative Feature award-winner The Killing of Kenneth Chamberlain, Orton continually strives to learn, grow, and inspire.
Adam’s power to create profound and moving moments on screen lie in his ability to inspire and motivate his performers and crew to produce meaningful work. Adam owns and operates Dreamcity Cinema, LLC.
“Adam communicates directly. And that’s very important.”
Eddie Jemison (Ocean’s Eleven, The Informant!, Veronica Mars)
“Watch out, Mr. Spielberg. There’s a new director in town.”
Chris Ellis (Catch Me If You Can, Apollo 13, That Thing You Do)
